Established in 2020, Ehabits is a Burnley social enterprise connecting community learning, employability, enterprise and practical support.
Shaping Your Destiny: employability skills funded by The National Lottery Community Fund through Reaching Communities, now in its third and final year. Its intended reach is over 150 residents across three years; this is a target, not a verified outcome.
Bilingual information, advice and guidance: Awards for All-funded support delivered by Samina, drawing on lived experience. Four days each week at the community hub and one day at the Chai Centre.
Chat & Chai: a community café within the Chai Centre, bringing together food, conversation and opportunities for volunteering and practical experience. Open Monday–Thursday, 9am–3pm.
In 2025, Ehabits consulted local residents about priorities for investment in people and places in Burnley. Trusted relationships and bilingual engagement help residents contribute their views.
We welcome discussions about referrals, employer engagement, learning, volunteering and community-led activity. Governance, risk management, financial information and available delivery evidence can be discussed as part of partnership due diligence.
